What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently do not offer shipping services. Customers are required to collect their purchased goods from our office in Hong Kong after full payment has been made.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, we do not provide international shipping. All transactions are handled locally in Hong Kong, and products must be collected in person from our office.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Since we do not ship products, there is no delivery timeline. Once payment is settled, customers may collect their order from our office during business hours.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments via bank transfer and cheque at the time of collection. Specific payment instructions will be included in your invoice after a quote is accepted.

How do I place an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please notify us as soon as possible via email or phone. Changes or cancellations can only be made before payment has been processed.

How Do I Track My Order?

As all orders are collected in person from our office, tracking is not applicable. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please ensure your order details are correct before making a purchase.
